В этом видео мы откроем и будет распаковка коробки от Собянина, это baby box Наше Сокровище, который выдается КАЖДОЙ семье, ребёнок которой родился в Москве. Этот подарок эквивалентен 20 000 рублей и можно забрать либо деньги, либо коробку. Я выбрала второе, чтобы сделать распаковку на канале.
А теперь внимание, важная информация для тех родителей, которым отказали в этой коробке. Итак, вы имеете право ее получить 100%, если ваш ребенок родился в Москве. Если вам не выдали коробку в роддоме (а должны), у вас есть вторая попытка: получить ее в любом отделе социальной защиты населения в Москве в течение 2х месяцев после рождения ребенка. Туда нужно принести свидетельство о рождении, паспорта родителей, свидетельство о регистрации брака (если есть) и заполненную анкету ( ее можно сказать на сайте гос услуг или заполнись на месте)
Если вам отказали по причине, что вы не прописаны в Москве, пишите тут же претензию, ее должны принято у вас в «окошке», присвоить ей номер и расписаться.
В претензии нужно обязательно указать следующее:
Согласно Постановлению Правительства Москвы от 13 ноября 2018 года №1366 ПП «О внесении изменений в постановления Правительства Москвы от 28 декабря 2011 года №656-ПП и от 6 марта 2018 года №139-ПП», а именно пункт 2.2, мой сын (ФИО), рожденный (дата рождения) в городе Москве (согласно свидетельству о рождении (номер свидетельства), выданного там-то) имеет право на получение Подарочного комплекта детских принадлежностей «Наше Сокровище»
В пункте об отказе напишите, что он является полностью неправомерным отказом, так как согласно постановлению Правительства от 13 ноября 2018 года №1366 (п.2.2) подарочный комплект детских принадлежностей имеют право получить семьи с новорожденными детьми, родившиеся в городе Москве и государственная регистрация рождения которых состоялась в городе Москве, независимо от места жительства их родителей.
