Qadam 1
Xamir tayyorlaymiz:
Idishda un, qabartma va tuzni aralashtiramiz. Smetana va eritilgan margarinni qoshamiz.
Xamir qorib, 30 daqiqaga chetga olib qoyamiz.

Asosini tayyorlaymiz:
Idishda qiyma, piyoz va pomidorni aralashtiramiz. Tuz va murch sepamiz. Aralashtirib, muzlatgichga yuboramiz.
