A nurses step-by-step guide to swaddling a baby 3 different ways. Swaddling wrapping will help your baby feel safe, secure, and cozy. It may even soothe a cranky or colic baby and help baby stop crying. We learned these swaddles in the hospital on day one from the 3 different hospital nurses we had. Each nurse taught us a different way to swaddle.
